Designed for current district assistant principals interested in learning more about taking on the role of a Principal in the near future. Through a series of meetings, assistant principals will be provided experiences to develop one’s own leadership skill set. Anchored to the Framework for Great Schools, along with practical experiences and small group sessions, participants will deepen their knowledge of the role of the principal.

Designed for teachers that will spend a series of meetings promoting their leadership skills as a teacher leader. Sessions are facilitated by lead assistant principals who will work closely to support participants in their leadership journey. Aspiring teachers will engage in conversations, activities, and complete an individualized year-long project back at their home school that will enhance and grow their own leadership skill set.

Fifth and Eighth Grade Student Council Presidents will meet on a regular basis to deepen their understanding and leadership skill sets anchored to the following characteristics: Commitment, Communication, and Character. These skill sets will be put into practice at their own school with guidance and support from their liaisons. In addition, all students will be responsible for partnering and co-facilitating a district-wide service project.
